What You’ll Learn:

As an MI analyst, you will be responsible for providing professional, effective and insightful management information and marketing alaysis and performance reports. You will be pivotal to making information insight available and accessible to various business functions and departments. You will also be responsible for collating and analysing daily, weekly and monthly reports to support strategic decision making.

At the end of this course, you will know how to;

Deliver forecast and rolling variances to sales and marketing managers to highlight how well the business is doing to date as well as where sales are likely to end up at the end of the measuring period.
Effectively identify and use the right tools and techniques to create MI reports to drive strategic decisions for senior managers.
Extract data from databases in such a way as to aid delivery of business information to present within the business information report clearly and accurately.
Overlay multiple fields to create business and customer understanding.
Interpret reports and make recommendations on actions that need to be taken.
Automate business reporting templates (advanced level reporting).
